App Studio Combo box list not appending

Anyone know why my combo box list isn’t appending the actual display value, just a blank row? I have tried with and without the “” and with single quotes and with/without the “append list” option checked. It is being populated with a BAQ otherwise. If I remove the list entry the blank row goes away.

Am I missing something or is it just broken?

I have submitted this as a bug to development and they were able to replicate the issue, hopefully there will be a fix in the near future.

Every time I am doing something it turns out that some functionalities are broken/not working. App Studio is such annoying tool. Very confused
