You could create an Op but what about modifying the MOM?

I'm just thinking out loud here, put via BPM, is it possible to add and
operation to every manufactuered part? I've been asked the question - I
am thinking it is as I had a BPM to mass inactive parts with a certain
word in their description.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
