Hi,
I have built a layer on the ‘Customer Shipment Entry’ screen and for some reason the default sort is by Ship Via.
I have tried to remove this from the layer, but the sort persists when I preview or publish the layer.
Does anyone know how to remove the sort permanently.
We are running 0n 2024.1.6.

Usually, if you click the column heading once, you get an up arrow (ascending)… click it again, it should switch to a down arrow (descending). Click it a third time and it should go away.

I’ve already tried that on the grid in the layer, but every time I preview it, the sort comes back.
I’ve even tried to publish it and access it through a menu and the sort is still there.
I bet there is a grid personalization getting in the way.
