10.2.600.9 - I have a customization on the Opportunity/Quote Form with all companies checked. User security has all rights checked. When I go into Menu Maintenance to Opportunity/Quote entry customization does not show
I have seen similar threads on this but nothing recently. Anyone else seeing this in Pilot on SaaS?
Check that the below matches the Customization. If you think they do match, change the one on menu maintenance and then try the Customization dropdown.
Thanks but it won’t let me change anything. All it shows for the Quote Form is All Companies checked as is the customization and the Owning company is blank on both the menu and the customization
Blank Company value on the xxxDef Customization record indicates the Customization is available for all companies - but not in the Epicor SaaS environments. In SaaS, the Company value for a Customization available to all companies is T+underscore+TenantID as in T_123456
On the SaaS system try editing the Customization and then Save As to a new ID with All Companies selected. That should create a record with the Company value appropriate for all companies in the Epicor Cloud. Assuming that works, the question then is how did you get the Blank Company record created. Epicor either missed a step when moving the DB to the Cloud or one of the tools - Customization Maint, Solution Workbench - has a bug.

Fair to say this was a hold-over from MT? In Dedicated Tenancy/Public Cloud, there wouldn’t be a need for this since there is only one tenant in the database.
