Does anyone know of a way of exposing the approval text which is entered by the user at approval and rejection so we can use this further on in the workflow. I can get the approval text to show in the search screens but can’t see that it is stored in a field to use and wondered if there was a smart way of achieving this,

To the best of my knowledge this isn’t an available field within ECM. It can be pulled from SQL, assuming you’re on premise, but it is completely unavailable for that if you are a cloud customer.
A potential workaround is to use the approval stamp so that the comments appear within the stamp. With the stamp in the same place every time, you could use the OCR within ECM to pull the comments and populate a field with them. From there you could use them as you wish.
