Joe,

We will be implementing APS in a few weeks. APS is a separate
group within Epicor. Paul Gardner's direct tel number is
949-585-4139, perhaps he can turn you on to a more direct
tech support resource. I know that I won't be calling the
Vantage support line for APS support <gg>.

Is anyone using the APS module with Vantage? If so how has the
support been from Epicor? Right now when you call you must leave
a name and number and someone will call you back. I've been
waiting several hours so far. Is this typical with the APS
group?
