We will be implementing APS in a few weeks.  APS is a separate<br/>
group within Epicor.  Paul Gardner&#39;s direct tel number is<br/>
949-585-4139, perhaps he can turn you on to a more direct<br/>
tech support resource.  I know that I won&#39;t be calling the<br/>
Vantage support line for APS support &lt;gg&gt;.<br/>

support been from Epicor?  Right now when you call you must leave<br/>
a name and number and someone will call you back.  I&#39;ve been <br/>
waiting several hours so far.  Is this typical with the APS<br/>
group?</div>
