We’re not seeing anything on our AR Aging Report after a GO LIVE cutover this weekend. We did the Open Load, we established Terms values with proper days, discounts, payment schedule, etc. but not getting anything on our Aging Report outside of them all bundled within the “Current” bucket. The Terms values are also defined on the Customer record as defaults. Any ideas on what we’re missing?
It’s been a while, but what date did you use on the invoices for the open load.
