I used the Cash Receipt Entry to record a Deposit Payment. I put in the SO and posted the payment. The payment debits Cash, and credits my Liability Account. It does not show up on the AR Aging. Is this an error?
Not an error, this is considered deferred revenue transaction, you can use a specific report for that.
