Since the weekend upgrade, it seems that our AR E-Invoice process is not completing. Invoices are being generated during Mass Generate E-Invoice, but the invoices are not being sent since Friday. File paths in Company Configuration appear okay/unchanged. Support ticket is entered/escalated but still zero response.
Anyone else have this issue?

We experienced this issue too. All we had to do to fix it was update the file path in company configuration to use forward slashes instead of backslashes.
Bryce, yes we figured that out late in the day yesterday. Thanks for the reply.
Hi, I’ve the same issue.
Could you share some screen shot here!
Thanks, Adam
Thank you so much, you saved my day!
I spent all of yesterday working with Epicor Support, and they had no idea why e-Invoicing wasn’t working!
We have been fighting this also. We have changed the \s to /s in Company Config, Document Type Maintenance and Attachment Type Maintenance with no change. The Invoices Generate but won’t email out. ‘filename’ not found in Attachments error. Any other suggestions?
Thanks, Zane
Are those that have corrected this with the forward slashes, are you on 2026.*? or 2025.*?
but did you change the slashes in here? It’s different from Document Type Maintenance.
and I’m on 2026.100
Yes, we changed it on Company Config, Document Type Maintenance and Attachment Type Maintenance.
that’s not the correct place, as far as I know. You have to go to the Finance Module in Company Configuration, then the Accounts Receivable Card, then expand to Show More and the find the Default E-Invoice Path field and change the slashes there.
hmmm… that’s the only place I changed the slashes when I was trying to fix my E-Invoices that generated and didn’t send.
Sorry I don’t have anything further to show you.
Thanks. I think it has to do with flexing the upgrade to 2026.100. The Linux upgrade occurred whether the 2026.100 upgrade did or not. There are several fixes that were applied to 2026.100 but apparently not to 2025.2.*
We are also experiencing issues with sending out the E-Invoices. When triggering Mass Generate E-Invoice, it sends out one but then errors on the next one.
This is the error on the second invoice:
Invoice 641071 generation failed
The database operation was expected to affect 1 row(s), but actually affected 0 row(s); data may have been modified or deleted since entities were loaded. See Handling Concurrency Conflicts - EF Core | Microsoft Learn for information on understanding and handling optimistic concurrency exceptions.
We are on version 2026.100.8 and hotfix e (we updated early to fix the AR Invoice group posting errors).
I updated the path in Company Configuration to forward slashes. I did not see anything in Document Type or Attachment Type that would require a change, so those were not updated.
This started working shortly after I made the change in Company Config, but then suddenly stopped working again…I think it was sometime over the weekend
I re-uploaded the AR Invoice report, and it looks like it may be working now! Strange.
Having this same issue. Pathing is fixed, but can’t send more than a couple invoices before this error popsup. We do have a ticket open, but not word back yet
We’re still unable to send more than a single invoice at a time.and get the concurrency error. Support does not seem to have any concrete ideas as we’re just trying random things for them. Has anyone else determined what the cause of this is or have any extra details to offer?
Hi Chad, did you find any work around on this issue!
I’ve three sites, mass generation is working fine in one of them and failing on the other two wuth same setup! so far got no help from support team!
Thanks, Adam
