There was a hotfix slated to happen this week to resolve it. It was coming with the .9 update I believe. I don’t actually have the specific hotfix details, but PRB0321246 was the reference.
Thank you Chad, we’re on 100.9 and still having this issue!
I have not heard one way or the other from the users yet. I did put an inquiry in as to which hotfix is required. Our only work around right now is to send them one at a time.
I did not get any hotfix detail other than the said it was already deployed with .9 this week and should already be in place.
Is it working for you or are you still on a previous version?
We had updated to .8 to fix the misc charge issue when posting invoice groups.
I was expecting our instance to be updated to .9 this past weekend, but we were not. We are still on 2026.100.8. I think it may be because we manually upgraded to another in between the scheduled updates…probably a mistake though because I thought they said it will be updated if we don’t do it before the scheduled update.
New PRB0321246 has been assigned and accepted. No release date mentioned yet.
Still manually sending individual invoices.
Did you every get a fix? We are still not able to get it working?

We’re on the same vesion, but still having issues with the function…
It is still not working for us either. This includes updating Pilot to 2026.104.
At this point the only thing I can think of is to tag @timshuwy to see if he has more information, or escalation.
The best thing to do is to report (potentially again) to support. Remember to include your version number, and any hotfix applied. Some of these Linux and EFCore issues have been tricky.
Support is aware, but we’re pretty much getting nowhere with it. I do get that there are a lot of moving parts and that the current updates have solved it for a lot people, but from a customer perspective, I can’t even tell if the right things are being worked on.
Have you escalated the ticket? That usually gets some follow up.
Maybe include “We need more detail besides ‘Development is working on it’ as we don’t have faith that progress is being made based on this ticket being 3 months old without concrete updates.”
