AR Invoice form - Sales Tax ID in the header, how is it populate

If it is in the Company table, that is already included on the AR Form Report Data Definition (in Vantage 8.03.409C at least) - so you should be able to add the field to the table output?

I'm attempting to populate the Sales Tax ID field on the AR Invoice form for our US and Canadian customers but I can't find anywhere other than Company that shows any Sales Tax ID informaton.
How do you handle populating this field?
