Hello,
We are using the AR lockbox industry extension. When using lockbox entry and a bank file we get an error stating:
business logic error “Did not pass file record count validation: Did not find token ‘Record Count’ in Layout Configuration. line: 0” in one of our companies.
Using this same exact file, it works in a different company. So this file works in one company, and not another. Any ideas how to resolve?

The first thing you should do would be to compare the ‘Lockbox Layout Entry’ screens between the company that works and the company that doesn’t.
In my lockbox layout entry, you go to the ‘File End’ tab and it is

Make your non-working company match the working company.
The path to the menu is: Industry Extensions->IEX - Lockbox->Setup: Lockbox Layout Entry.
If that doesn’t help, post back and we can see if there is anywhere else that would affect that.
