Is there any functionality were we can archive attachments. For example, we may have multiple certifications attached to a supplier but only one of them is the latest version. So over time th attachments get crowded with old documents. We dont want to delete them, just to put them in some archive that can be retrieved if needed.
You could setup a onedrive account to hold the record, and set the file to not to duplicate on the server.
When called, it will pull down a copy for a period of time and later deleting the local copy.
