ARFORM.rpt fix for 8.03.305E

This problem only shows up when printing from a group. I looks like in
the new form that the service part was moved to a sub report.

We recently upgraded to 305E and had a problem with misc charges
printing multiple times when printing from the invoice group print.

We use a customized ARForm. Tech support said they knew of the problem
and sent us a new ARFORM.rpt which works. However, they weren't as
helpful in explaining what changes might have been made to the .rpt.

Has anyone else run across this problem?

Good news is that they are working to release the Data Definition
changes and field changes for the reports when a new release is made.
