<br/>
The sidlabls table is the same in 4.0 -- it is the title text that they have<br/>
put into a separate table -- example (quantity, p.o. number, phone no., fax<br/>
no., etc).  This makes it easier for the programmer when creating new forms<br/>
but makes it harder when you are changing customized forms.  I ended up just<br/>
recustomizing the new forms included with the upgrade instead of trying to<br/>
change our customized forms.<br/>
