Assign scrap material to work order

Hello Guys.

My company currently has a problem with the assignment of waste material to work orders.

My question is…

How can I dispose of the material and which epicor directs it to the work order?

Practical example …

I have a list of about 30 part numbers, I need to set them as scrap so I can assign it to the work order and have the scrap cost consumed by the work order.

Do you just need the costs to go to the job? If so you can do a misc material issue to the job. Just select the job, then any material sequence with the same UOM.

This will create a STK-MTL parttran, decrementing QOH, and creating a GL tran between inventory and WIP.
