Assigning employees to Alert Groups

Trying to set up Shop Warnings. Have created an Alert Group, but cannot find where to assign the Group to employees? Any ideas?

Hi Simon,

I believe that only “Persons” can be assigned to Alert Groups. They are not employees.

An employee uses a Person record. Same as a customer contact, buyer contact, etc.
