I have come across a somewhat strange scenario and I was wondering if someone else has come across something like this before. This happens when I open Project Entry by doing an Open With from the Job Entry screen. The icon for attaching documents is grayed out as soon as the screen opens, as is the option under the Actions menu. But if I clear the Project Entry screen and manually enter the project ID, the attachment option becomes available. It is also not an issue when I access project entry from the main menu separately. Any ideas as to why this might be happening?
