Auto Emailing PDF reports weekly

If we set up a weekly scheduled task to run every Monday at noon, does the it require the user to log in only once during that prior to noon in order for the task to get scheduled that week? I’m trying to see what is the minimum requirement for a user to be logged in for the scheduled task to get run that week. I believe we don’t have a “maintenance” account that stays logged in so the individual user would need to set up the scheduled task to have it run weekly under their account.

If recurring is enabled, once we submit it, does the user need to be logged in anymore each week?

Once you submit the report using the “Email” button in the taskbar and using a schedule with “recurring” selected, the report will run on the schedule without having to log in at all.
