Hi. We currently use Kanban Receipts to enter when have packed our goods andwould like to Auto-print a label when this happens.
I have set up the Report Data Definition, BAM and the printer and have no problem getting the label to auto-print BUT it doesn't print correctly. However, if I manually print the Label using the correct Report Style or I set up Auto-Preview and just hit the print button then the label is correct.
I know this may be a problem within Vantage itself but am unsure what else to check and would appreciate any advice. Is it likely to be a network setting on the printer? Does the printer still need to be installed on the local PC for this to work? Thanks.
