Auto-printing Blank Title 122962

Again I as well am doing the same thing with mixed results. The only thing I find is that the reports in HISTORY tab are Complete, but they never actually come out and they never hit the REPORTS tab for re-running. I have found that this is almost always caused by a session mismatch with what the report viewer is expecting and what the session holds. I'm not sure what goes wrong along the way. My reports stopped auto printing on June 4th and even after app server restarts (they happen automagically every saturday night) the auto printing has never recovered. There has to be a more reliable solution.

That's what I have been doing but isn't always reliable for some reason.

I created a GENUSER on Epicor. I then setup auto login in ConfigEditor on the server to start with Genuser. I set up the Scheduled Task on GENUSER, so my prints happen on schedule. I don't have to wait for people to log on.

BAQs - just schedule and they run.

RDDs - auto print with CutePDF printer setup - plain text, path set in report style. Uses a BAM.

I am not sure what type of reports you are trying to print.

We have a startup schedule that always runs and has the global alerts active.

I've tried creating a service that ran the epicor client on a remote
server as a "print" user that all scheduled jobs were printed to. However
I have had mixed success with it. Just one day it up and stopped working.

I am getting mixed results with using Task Scheduler to launch Epicor on the server with manager credentials, this morning HR said the reports didn't print but they had been fine for the past week or two when I initially set them up.
