We had to calibrate the printer to the correct print stock and it worked. If you are still having problems look up calibration in the Zebra manual.
I am looking to setup auto-printing to a zebra label printer. When I print the label from Vantage without using autoprint, the label prints out fine. However, when I enable auto-printing the label prints out but the text on the right-hand side of the label (about an inch) is being cut off.  Has anyone seen something similar to this? Any ideas on how I can get this resolved?

We do quite a bit of auto printing here. It is interesting to note that
you will see minor variations from print direct from vantage and auto
print. My first question would be what are you using as a label
designer? Crystal or Bartender? We use crystal (because Epicor doesn't
need anymore of our money), so I'm most familiar with that (ok, only
that). If you are running crystal make sure you define stocks in the
printer properties to reflect your label size and then pick that
particular stock in the page setup within crystal.

Thanks for the response Rob,
We are using Crystal as well.  I've adjusted the label size as you suggested but I am still seeing the same results. I've tried all sorts of different settings within "printer maintenance", but nothing I adjust seems to have an impact. Any other thoughts on what may be causing this?
Thanks for your help,

Dustin,
I remember having a problem a few years ago with a Zebra printer that
was only printing half of the label and I had to change a setting on the
printer. It was printing 4 x 2 and I was printing 2 x 4 or the other
way around. I don't remember the exact details now.

Did you call for the stock by name on the setup page in the crystal
report? We have noticed sometimes that minor adjustments don't behave
as expected. Linda's email struck a mental note. The paper orientation
is not like you might think. Switch your width by height measurements
as she mentioned. I also remember having that problem when we started
as well, obviously a distant memory now..
