I am trying to figure out if there is a way to close an RMA automatically when it’s been open for X days and does not have a receipt. I created a BAQ and dashboard to give visibility to these types of RMAs, but a person still has to go line by line and close them. Not the end of the world. But I like to exceed expectations. Any suggestions?

You’d be well served with a add-on like User Process Scheduler, which allows you to have a new business object where you can write BPMs against and then either trigger it manually or set it on a schedule to be run. In either case, you’d write your BPM code to perform the lookup and action against your RMA
It may also be possible to schedule a Function, but that will require a newer version than your current 10.2.300.X.
