Automatically email Crystal PO/Quote etc in Epicor 9

Exactly. The Epicor product has terrible options for proactively
providing you with information in any way.

Epicor has a module for that, the APM (advanced print module). It's a 3rd party add-on module which, in my opinion, is a clumsily work around for a feature that should be part of the main code base.
