Automaticaly holding orders in V8 for new Sales Orders

Try adding a custom checkbox control to the order form connected to
orderhed.orderheld, then use the form event wizard and the
afterfieldchange event linked to orderhed.CustomerCustID field to
create the VB.NET code, use the "[controlname].checked = True"
syntax to set the value for the custom check box control.

All,

We have a need to modify new Sales Orders so that the "Hold" button
checkbox is automatically "checked" when creating a new order (Sales
Management, Order Management, General Operations, Order Entry, on the
Detail Tab under the Header Tab). I know you can modify the screens in
V8, but to automatically populate the checkbox when a new order is done
hasn't been figured out yet. Any ideas before I call Epicor?

Thanks!
