Aaron,
Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately AutoReports does not sent the RB reports
as an attachment.
I am still trying to resolve the problem without having it send from a 97
client.
Thanks.
Jim

Jim,
I am not sure of the details of how this works, and have not used Mike's
AutoRpts, but....
If you are sending an excel doc with outlook 2000 to a 97 client it looks
bad as well. I have found the only way to do this right is to send it as an
attachment. If that is an option, you might want to look into it. We did a
slow upgrade from 97 to 2000 and noticed this issue. In 97 it attached
automatically, 2000 it will insert it unless you specify attach.
Good luck, I hope this will help.

We are on 4.0 and I am using Mike Podlin's AutoRpts 3.0.
I am emailing out to different users RB reports, and all it fine with the
world, except on my Outlook 97 clients.
The column spacing is off badly. The Outlook 2000 clients are fine and it is
Outlook 2000 that is sending out the emails.
Would sending the reports from an Outlook 97 client correct the spacing on
both 2000 and 97 ?
Is there another way to correct the problem on OL97 clients rather than
sending from a OL 97 client?
Thanks.
