AutoUpdate of client from 2022.1 to 2024.1 crashes

We updated our production environment to 2024.1.26 this weekend, modified the previous version’s EpicorERP.sysconfig file on the application server, but I’m having a problem with the clients crashing out while self-updating - generating a Windows Application Error log entry:

Wondering if anyone had run into this or had any thoughts?

We had no issues when we updated from 2021.x to 2024.1.7 for our sandbox, not sure what the difference is here.

I’ve seen this exact error when the AV is inspecting files

Is your AV software enabled or maybe being a little over zealous. We saw this with Cisco Arm
