# Backup problems with 4.0

<div id="ygrps-yiv-1930234595">I keep getting a Dr. Watson error when running Epicors &quot;Backvan.bat&quot;.<br/>

   &quot;An application error has occurred and an application error log is being generated.  _mprshut.exe  Exception: divide by zero (0xc0000094), Address: 0x00416a76&quot;<br/>
<br/>
IN addition, It shuts down the 4.0 database in Procontrol.<br/>
<br/>
It puts the &quot;40backup.vn&quot; file into the f:&#92;epicor&#92;backup folder with 0 bytes.<br/>
<br/>
<br/>
When I run the probkup command from the command prompt, the  text reads...<br/>
<br/>
&quot;PROGRESS PATCH Version 9.0B44 as of October 31, 2000<br/>
Blocking factor must be greater than bi block size (652)<br/>
Bi block size is 8192 (672)&quot;<br/>
<br/>
Then it goes to the command prompt.<br/>
<br/>
In this case, Dr. Watson says: &quot;_mprshut.exe Exception: divide by zero (0xc0000094), Address: 0x00416a76)<br/>

Anyone have a clue?<br/>
