I have come across the situation where the backwards scheduling functionality does not work in the THIRD environment from the Job Entry program. I have found this to be the case in two separate cloud instances of customer environments. If you look at the field help, all of the metadata is completely blank within here. I have found a workaround to be going to the Job Scheduling Board to then do the backwards scheduling, but I think we would all agree that this should not be necessary.
Wondering if anyone else has found this bug as well…
