Steve,

Unfortunately all the people need is write access to the folder
and they
save the photo as the name the which to overwrite you do all
that thru
Windows itself so there would not be much of a trail.

Speaking of photos on badges. We don't use the photo section of
employee records. This morning we discovered that someone has
gone in
and put several undesirable photos on several shop employee
records via
Shop Employee Maintenance. Needless to say, we are not to
pleased about
this. I have checked to see who had security access which
should limit
the entry to about three people. Does anyone know if there is a
transaction log or some other way of verifying in Vantage which
user
many have inserted the photos into these personnel records?

Thanks in Advance,

Steve
