You should do this part in Crystal rather than a BAQ.

Subject: [Vantage] BAQ Calculation of difference between results fields
in separate records

I have a BAQ that looks at a Resource and the jobs that have run through
it for a 2 week period. Two of the fields captured are for each job the
"Clock In Minute" and the "Clock out Minute". I'd like to calculate the
number of minutes lapsed between an Operation starting event time and
the prior operation's event ending time. Does anyone know how to make
that expression in a BAQ?

BTW, the base date/time base is: 10/30/1953
if you do the math... 356 (days) * 24 (hours) * 60 (Minutes) * 57 (years
til now 2010) = Value on ClockInMinute

I'm just trying to calculate the time interval it takes to go from a
production operation on a resource to the next production operation on
the same resource.
