BAQ Empty Blank Title 71791

I have a Dashboard to call the BAQ. One user when open the dashboard,
the dashboard open, but with no data. An other user when open the
dashboard, the dashboard open, with the data. The two employees, have
the same access in Vantage. But I don't know why, one people see the
data and the other people don't see the data. Have you ever
encountered this problem ?

I remove the customization, doesn't works.
