BAQ for Checks Written in a Specific Time

Has anyone up together a BAQ that lists all the checks you have written on a Bank Acct for a specific time period. Our bank requires us to send them this information in a spreadsheet and I haven’t had much luck figuring out how to set it up.

Try looking at the table APTran and CheckHed.
