BAQ Report Error

Ted,
If the user was able to run the report before and can't now, then the 2 things we do are:

1. Clear the temp file location listed in the error message (typically c:\docume~1\username\ locals~1\Temp)
2. Clear the Epicor cache (delete the cache folder on the user's c: drive - I don't know the default install location, we customized our cache location)
We have also seen these errors on reports that have ODBC connections and needed to reapply/update the SQL security. If your BAQ report is straight BAQ then security shouldn't be an issue.

Last week we started getting errors when trying to print a BAQ Report. If a user either trys to print or print preview an error comes up saying it could not find the .tmp file. We upgraded to 606A back in August and they had been working, so I don't believe it is related to that. Made a call to Epicor last Thursday but haven't got a resolution yet. Has anyone else had this issue? We are trying to go live Jan 3rd so I need to get this sorted out sooner than later.

Thanks,

Ted
