If the user was able to run the report before and can't now, then the 2 things we do are:
1. Clear the temp file location listed in the error message (typically c:\docume~1\username\ locals~1\Temp)
2. Clear the Epicor cache (delete the cache folder on the user's c: drive - I don't know the default install location, we customized our cache location)
We have also seen these errors on reports that have ODBC connections and needed to reapply/update the SQL security. If your BAQ report is straight BAQ then security shouldn't be an issue.
