Hello,

I have one user that tries to run a BAQ report but nothing shows up.
I know the report works because others are able to run it.

Is there any setting that must be turned on for this user?

Please help!
Is it shared? What tables - does he/she have permissions to those tables?

Are they running the Query or the Report?

Do they need to enter a criteria if it is a report and is it within the parameters of the query?

It is shared.
The BAQ includes the following tables:
Customer
OrderDtl
OrderHed
OrderRel
Part
PartDtl
ProdGrup
ShipTo

Where do I set permission to him to run this report?

System Mgmt, in Security Maintenance, Menu Maintenance - Security tab, see which groups have permissions - he has to be in one of those groups or have his own permission (not the best option).

Are you using CRM?
If you are using CRM, and you remove the SHIPTO table - will it for that user?
If you use CRM - is the user's workforce record set up correctly?
just a guess.

I'll second that guess.

Also, a thing to look at is Authorized Users. We are on 607. I was running BAQs, and I could only see 76 of our customers. I found that I was somehow an authorized user on some inactive rep in Workforce. When I removed myself, I, then, saw all customers in that same BAQ.
