BAQ report with stored procedure

Add the XML from BAQ to your crystal report and link it to your procedure
using the Parameters from the BAQ. That should do the filtering you need.
And should get rd of the crystal prompts, don't make them prompts, simply
use a link between the XML and the Procedre.

Anyone ever create a BAQ report that was tied into a stored procedure?

I need to have a BAQ front end in Epicor 9 rather than using the crystal parameter screen. When I add the stored procedure in the report I set the stored procedure parameters to the BAQ report parameter values but I'm still getting the crystal reports prompt when I preview the report, after filling in all the data in the BAQ report form.

Anyone know how to set the report up so the crystal parameter screen is bypassed? I'm using Crystal 2008 SP4 and Epicor 9.05.607

Thanks!
Jenn
I am not sure I understand what you are trying to do?

You have a crystal report that uses a stored procedure and then you need a
BAQ for what?

Hi Jose!
The crystal report with stored procedure works fine. The problem is the shop floor are going to scan off job travelers for the prompts. The crystal parameter screen is too clucky (3 required fields, 5 optional fields that would have to be set to null).

I created a BAQ report to get the pretty prompt page they are used to and added my stored procedure to that report.
