Im fairly new at working with BAQ’s. We keep on running into an issue where a parts primary bin is set to a bin that is inactive. I can pull all the information just fine except I cannot figure out how to show on the baq if the bin is inactive or not. I would love to make a BAQ that is a list of all the inactive bins that I can compare it to a parts list of the parts and primary bin numbers. Any help would be appreciated!

So I was going to go on a “Teachable moment” walk… but when I looked at that field, the field help has the DB field blank. Annoying, but it happens.

However, there is a field on that table that shows whether the bin is inactive or not.

I believe the PrimaryBin is in the table PlantWhse.PrimBin - then you can join WhseBin to look for Inactive.

Thanks that helped immensely! Glad to know I wasnt going crazy when the DB field was blank. Not a fan of some of the inconsistancies in Epicor
