BAQ: Where is the posted date of an invoice?

Umh – you might have to go to the GLJrnDtl table.  Â

I could not find a posted date or system date on the Invoice Head or Detail.

I am looking for the actual date that they invoice was posted, as the date the person went to Invoice > Post Invoice.

I know Invoice date and apply date can be changed.

Where is the system date? On the Invoice Head?

Appreciate all the help!

Hello,

I keep forgetting where to find the posted date of an invoice.

For us, there is a delay between when the invoice is created in AR
Invoice Entry and when we actually post the AR group, so invoice date
does not match the posted date.

I need to create a query that shows both the invoice date and the posted
date. What table has the posted date?

Thanks in advance.

Apply Date can be changed as to what period you want it to go into.  I don't think that is it.

The apply date is the date the invoice will post to….are you guys looking for the date it was actually posted?  If so then that should be the system date.

If you are on version 9.05…

When you create the group -Â the group has an invoice date which defaults to the Invoice.

The InvcHead has a field named InvoiceDate which can be different from the system date.
