Bar Codes in Part Maintenance

Hi,

Thanks for ur kind support, Could you please advice on how to change the font to "Dataworks Bar 39". Since in Datadictionary viewer, the font field for partmaintenance in RcvLabel.Rpt is not active, and also if i change in sql db, then everything will be changed. But i need to review for bar code item only. It means everytime i need to change in SQL DB for that tabel.

Regards,
Deepa.M

You shouldn't need to do a bar code in part maintenance since you
don't scan the screen. You would do a bar code on the print out by
customizing a Crystal Report using the Part Number (?) changing the
font to "DataWorks Bar 39". Look at the RcvLabel.rpt as an example.

What are you tring to print? Most of the reports have a bar code print
option. If you are using scan guns rather than the scanner pen you will
have to modify some of the reports to make them human readable which
means you have to put an "*" in front and in back of the field to be
printed
