Make sure you are using the Reason Code ID and not the Description of the
reason code.

Does anyone use a barcode to select form a pull-down list?

For instance:
In Quantity Adjust, to select a reason code
we have the use 'Issue - Supplies - Maint'
That can be on the shelf with the barcode for the part.
When we scan the reason code with an enter, Vantage results in the wrong
Reason Code.

Any ideas?
