BarTender and Epicor

Good suggestion, but it won't work.
we cannot alter the formula in bartender (it just allows us to select the custom field) and we won't know the number of records from epicor.Â
Thank you for your suggestion.Â

Just a WAG as I have never used bartender

(no of records / no of records) * number in custom field

Hi group,
Â
I am sure that if you are using Bartender and Epicor you might have come across this issue. I am wondering what steps did you take do to resolve this.
Â
We want to print number of copies of job labels based on a custom field in Epicor.
But, the no. of copies printed by bartender is given by following formula:
Â
No. of copies printed by bartender commander = no. of records in text file generated by epicor * number in custom field.
Â
The issue is we only want to print no. of copies based on the number in custom field. For that we want the no. of records in text file to be one all the time. But the no. of records in text file changes from job to job and we cannot limit it to one. So, it is printing more copies than we need.
Â
Any help would be appreciated.
Â
Thank you.
