I have a function set up on for the parts and I call it from a button click on the parts screen in kinetic. Wat this function does is it created a file in a directory on a server. When the file is created it triggers the bartender integration and prints a label. Even though the driver of the printer on the bartender server is set to print landscape, the label is still printing out portrait. Is there somewhere else I need to have the drive installed?
That’s set up inside the label.
Thanks for the help. but this was me being dumb. I have two labels short and long. When I created the function for the short labels, I copied it for the long labels but forgot to change the BTWFile from short to long.
