Batch Operations

Rob

Can you give an example MOM and resource/resource group set up details?

I'm pretty sure we briefly talked about this when we spoke on the phone about a month ago but my memory has been mush since spinal surgery on 5/7.

Maybe a 'second set of eyes' will see something...

Subj:[Vantage] Batch Operations

Anyone doing batch operations out there on 407a or any other patch I
guess. I was running some tests in our not so live DB and it would not
let me post quantities complete to the batch job though it would let me
complete the transaction at zero quantity. I went at it from the labor
entry screen to modify the quantity on that transaction from MES...no
luck there, except that did give me the following error: "The total job
parts production quantity and labor quantity do not balance." From the
tracker and job entry screen quantities seem to make sense. With a
little persistence I was able to get something done through job adjust
but not without going to the job parts tab, entering quantities on every
line and then entering the sum of that in the labor/detail tab...but
since that's easier than using MES why should I complain right? Ha..
any thoughts anyone?
