I haven't gotten around to this yet, but.
BAQ - Table Exports
BAQReport (i couldn't get this table to pull up)

You might also want to make sure these are used on a menu Like Patrick mentioned.

What is the best practice to capture and report to the end users what the content and the filters used in dashboards, BAQs and reports?

Reason for this request is to allow end users a way to determine if an existing reporting exists for their information and if so where it can be found.

The idea we are thinking of is to use SharePoint but I was hoping to hear what others have done.
I haven't done it yet, but I have thought about it and I am pretty sure these all exist in a table in Epicor...So, I would think about using a dashboard with criteria to display this information...

Good Topic:

I created a Dashboard to search added menu items for Key Words in the
Menu Description, I just use it for myself.

Do you know which tables to pull that from?

I can't check right now, but I think they start with BAQ in the table name
