Better See Sharp when going Web 2.0

I suppose they still haven't integrated Visual Studio then huh?

For all of Epicor Sales bragging about how tight they are with MS, this is the most unfriendly MS tool system I've ever used. (Not even having simple interpreted vbScripting support).

I have to say, I have yet to hear any compelling sum of reasons to even consider v9 for at least another year.

(Disappointing as v8 is a dog.)

Just a heads up for the customization crowd: The instructions for Web Access

for Epicor 9 indicate that you should do your customizations in C# and not

VB.Net. The reason is that the utility that converts your customization code

to JavaScript only works with C#.

Support has a document that will help convert VB.Net code to C#.

Just thought you'd like to know. I was looking for a reason to brush up on

the C# stuff anyway...
