Does the Packer line have the From Job fields used? Make sure there is no qty in the Ship From Stock fields ---

Let me guess, you were using mass ship and it didn’t work, but when you used new line instead it worked fine? ---

No, It looks like a customization on Customer Shipment Entry is causing the issue – I tried it using the Base form and it works ¯＼_(ツ)_/¯ ---

The customization on CSE auto magically filled in the Bin field in the ship from Inventory section with the Bin that has on hand qty to save the user the clicks needed to look up the bin… Anything to save the user clicks 🙄 ---

For anyone else using DMT lately that gets this error… we had to move around the columns. I did not believe support when that was the suggested resolution, but it worked! Specifically for Quantity Adjustment.
