When an employee with Office MES enabled on their account logs into the browser version of MES and another account is logged in the screen will go slightly black and not show anything.
To get around this we have to open and close the browser version of MES several times to get the credentials to let loose.
Has anyone else had this in the past and have a way around that screen?
You can try using the URL to access the MES directly… we do this here as we have a common logins for the various plant folks… Nobody here uses the OFFICE MES link(s)

You can also try having your people use an incognito window or private window when they are accessing the Office MES… I don’t know if that will help or not. FWIW!
