Blank Job Number in Data Collection

Hi,
Contact support, there is a utility to run to free up the person.
I'm not sure why this happens, but it happens occasionally to us.

One of our guys somehow clocked on a job with no job number.
The Job Number field is blank, the Assembly field is 0, the Operation field
is 0,
the start time is blank, and the Labor type is production.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to get rid of this entry?

There is a fix for this. You need to get it from support.

There is a little program that Vantage tech can e-mail to you called
endact.r that allows you to go in and boot this guy out. No matter what
they tell you, you can safely do this without shutting down all users. Then
have a talk with the user, I had one guy who did this EVERY DAY! Turned out
he was just getting way ahead of his workstation. Now he's slowed down, it
isn't happening anymore. Of course, today it will.
