Blank Start Dates and Due Dates for Unfirm Job Suggestions

One of the reasons for blank start dates and due dates are that there is an
issue with a resource in the job. Check your resources to make sure none
are an issue.

When my planners run the Job Status Maintenance view some of the Unfirm Job
suggestions do not have a start or due date. Does anyone know why?

Some of the required dates are far into the future and some not.
Some parts have suggestions with a start/due date and other suggestions
without them.
